Rav Bumbra is a renowned diversity consultant, advisor, and speaker, consistently recognised as one of the Most Influential Women in UK Tech since 2017. She is the founder of Structur3dpeople, a diversity consultancy that aids the employee lifecycle from talent attraction to employee development through to retention. Rav also founded Cajigo, a social initiative that aims to engage 20,000 girls in technology and empower women to succeed in diverse careers. In addition to her business initiatives, she hosts “Women Talk Tech”, a show on Instagram Live, using the platform to interview women leaders and innovators to inspire more girls and women in technology. Aside from her personal ventures, Rav actively contributes to, and advises on, a plethora of boards and organisations through Women in Business Board in Bristol, Learning People and most notably acts as Women UK Delegate to the UN.
