Marcia Brissett-Bailey is an award-winning speaker, advocate, and the co-founder of BleND, an organisation dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals in education and employment. As a Rising Stars 100 Winner 2024, Marcia’s work has focused on amplifying the voices of Black, Brilliant, and Dyslexic individuals, highlighting the intersectionality of race and neurodiversity. Marcia is also listed among the Top 50 Influential Neurodivergent Women in the UK. Her advocacy continues to break down barriers and ensure that neurodivergent individuals, particularly those from minority backgrounds, have the resources and support they need to succeed.
