Fiona founded Women on Boards (WoB) with the aim of inspiring women to take on senior roles. Expanding on professional skills and experience, WoB encourages members to take on non-executive director/board-level roles. Fiona has been pivotal in the organisation’s success, helping to attract over 30,000 members, supporting over 3,000 individuals to fairly achieve board positions.
