
Ellen Jones is an author, strategist and award-winning campaigner specialising in inclusion for LGBTQ+, neurodivergent and disabled communities. She is the founder of Pansy Studios, a queer-led marketing agency that runs the largest directory of LGBTQ+ freelance talent worldwide, and her work has earned accolades including the MTV EMA Generation Change Award and Stonewall’s Young Campaigner of the Year. Ellen’s debut book, Outrage: Why the Fight for LGBTQ+ Equality Is Not Yet Won and What You Can Do About It, was published by Bluebird Pan Macmillan in January 2025 and sets out practical actions for allies and activists. Her campaigning combines strategic insight with grassroots mobilisation, challenging complacency and equipping people to show up for the community. Through Pansy Studios, public engagement and writing, Ellen amplifies underrepresented voices, builds creative coalitions and shapes narratives that centre inclusion, resilience and collective action.
