Dan Harris

Dan Harris is a proud Autistic ADHD’er and the founder and chairperson of Neurodiversity in Business (NiB), a charity dedicated to transforming the employment prospects of the estimated 20% of the population who are neurodivergent. His mission is to promote genuine socio-economic inclusion for neurodivergent people in the workplace and remove barriers that prevent talent from thriving. Since founding NiB, Dan has built a coalition of over 600 organisations, from global corporations to SMEs, committed to advancing neuroinclusive practice. Under his leadership NiB has become a powerful voice for change, working with employers, policymakers and advocates to influence recruitment, retention and progression strategies. A passionate campaigner, Dan speaks openly about his lived experience to shift perceptions of neurodivergence from challenge to strength, and he has featured widely in the media and at major conferences. Through his work he has created opportunities, sparked cultural change and inspired organisations and individuals to rethink what inclusion truly means.
