Holding the position of Channel 4’s Board Champion for D&I  for almost a decade, Dan played a critical role in them becoming globally recognised for their inclusivity, including being awarded Britain’s Best Diverse Company in 2016. Dan has since gone on to launch his own consultancy, Smart Energy, supporting the business to be more purpose-driven.
