Suki Sandhu OBE is the founder and CEO of INvolve, a DEI consultancy and global network, and of Audeliss, an executive search firm focused on levelling the playing field for women, people of colour, LGBTQ+ and other underrepresented leaders. A globally recognised authority on diversity and inclusion, Suki has spent over two decades championing authentic representation and embedding equity into workplace culture. Through INvolve he has developed programmes and frameworks to support diverse talent and promote inclusive leadership, and he founded INvolve’s Role Model Lists, which celebrate diverse business leaders. Audeliss complements this mission by ensuring diverse candidates have fair access to senior roles and board positions. Suki is a published author, a sought-after advisor and mentor, serves on the Board of OutRight International and was awarded an OBE in 2019 for services to diversity in business.
