Rav Bumbra is the founder of Structur3dpeople, a diversity consultancy, and Cajigo, a mentoring platform supporting women in technology. She works with organisations to increase representation of women and people of colour in STEM by addressing barriers to recruitment, retention and career progression. Through mentoring, outreach and advocacy, Rav has created clear pathways for young women to enter and thrive in technology roles, emphasising the importance of visible role models in building confidence, ambition and resilience among underrepresented talent. Her blended approach — combining strategic consultancy with grassroots mentorship — has delivered tangible change in recruitment practice and workplace culture. Rav’s work highlights the intersection of race and gender in tech and demonstrates that meaningful inclusion demands both systemic reform and individual support. By empowering young women and advising employers on equitable practice, Rav Bumbra continues to make technology more accessible, inclusive and representative of the communities it serves.
