Errol Murray is the charity manager of Leeds Dads, a community organisation dedicated to supporting fathers by creating spaces for connection, shared experience and peer support. As a perinatal partners peer supporter, he champions the involvement of fathers from the earliest stages of family life and challenges stereotypes that position parenting as solely maternal. Errol’s work focuses on breaking down isolation, promoting the benefits of active fatherhood and ensuring fathers’ voices are included in discussions about family wellbeing and public policy. Through advocacy, community engagement and practical support, he empowers men to participate fully in parenting and fosters stronger family relationships. Errol demonstrates how inclusive approaches to parenthood benefit children, parents and society, reshaping perceptions of fatherhood and strengthening social support networks.
