Pepi Sappal has over three decades’ experience at the intersection of journalism, communications and advocacy, advancing responsible business and workplace inclusion. As Head of PR, Content & Communications at myGwork — the global LGBTQ+ business community — and founder of Fair Play Talks, she uses storytelling to elevate marginalised voices and drive culture change. A former Wall Street Journal columnist and contributor to outlets including People Management and Human Resources Magazine, Pepi leads global campaigns, media engagement and research on allyship, intersectionality and workplace wellbeing. She has served as a judge for the Inclusive Awards and Disability Smart Awards and collaborated with business leaders and underrepresented communities to ensure diverse perspectives shape policy and practice. As a woman of colour and dedicated ally, Pepi brings an authentic intersectional lens to her work, using lived experience to challenge stereotypes and promote equitable practice across sectors.
